Nationwide Mourning

national flag in mourning for south africa

National flags to fly at half-mast. South Africans are urged to wear black or black arm bands to show solidarity.

Let us stand together in solidarity for the loved ones lost to COVID-19 and the mothers, daughters and sisters lost to gender-based violence.

Between 6am-6pm national flags flown at half-mast between these hours from Wednesday, 25/11/2020, to Sunday, 29/11/2020.

We have all been urged to unite in wearing black and/or back arm bands to show our respects to the departed as well as remind the world and our fellow country men and women that we will remain determined and strong in our fight against this virus.

Be strong my fellow South Africans. Loved and blessed thoughts from our ACE Covid Team. And remember we are a phone call away if you need some help to ensure the safety of your loved ones.

Be safe – Be wise!

Wear your mask and sanitize!
